In 2017, a deeply toxic relationship took a severe toll on my emotional and physical well-being. I found myself in a place of despair, uncertain of how I could move forward or regain control of my life. My self-belief was shattered, and it took a long time for me to accept what had happened and begin the process of healing.
A turning point came when I retreated to India for Vipassana meditation, an experience that brought a sense of calm and clarity to my mind. (I’ll share more about this journey in a future post.) Alongside meditation, committing to a daily gym routine played a crucial role in rebuilding my health and restoring my confidence.
Through this experience, I learned the profound importance of regular exercise and meditation in maintaining both physical health and mental well-being. These practices have become the foundation of a healthier, happier life.
