During workout:
– BCAA/EAA + Glutamine powder
Post-workout
– Protein powder

Meal 1 (9am)
– 5 eggs white
– Oats 50gm (1 scoop)
– 1 date+ 5 almonds+ multi-vitamin+ Omega 3

Meal 2 (12am)
– Sweet potato 100gm
– Chicken breast 100gm
– Green veggies 100gm

Meal-3 (3pm)
– Rice 150gm
– Chicken 100 gm
– Green veggies 100gm

Meal 4 (5pm)
– Green tea+ fruits/ healthy snacks

Meal 5 (8pm)
– Oats 50gm (1 scoop)/ Whole wheat roti/ bread
– Fish 50gm
– Green veggies 50gm
